What is Degenerative Spinal Disease

What is Degenerative Spinal Disease?
Degenerative Spinal Disease has a lot of meanings for example Spinal Stenosis is one type of degenerative spinal disease.
I am another person in the world who has degenerative spinal disease and the reason for mine is more then just one problem of the spine.
I have very limited mobility and have constant pain in the spine and down my legs and have to use a walking stick constantly in and out of the house and also have to use a mobility scooter if more then a few steps are required outside the home.
I have had MRI Scans carried out on my spine which shows Spinal Stenosis from L1 to S1 and also suffer facet joint arthritis.
I need a lot of help carrying out daily tasks like showering and using toilets of my wonderful wife, I also take strong tablets like Morphine, Pregabalin, Naproxen and Amitriptyline however i still suffer constant pain which makes me have very bad moods and constant frustration and have suffered this for at least 15 long years.
I also within the last year been diagnosed with type two diabetes and since my spine first started to playing up all what has happened is I have put on a lot of weight which also causes me problems with shortness of breath I also suffer from a lot of stumbles and falls in and out of the home
